1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ARBPay platform at mail.arb-pay.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Platform Description

ARBPay is a peer-to-peer liquidity and digital settlement platform enabling registered community members to coordinate peer settlements and manage liquidity balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate registration details (10-digit mobile number) and safeguard their account passwords. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Permissible Usage & Anti-Fraud Policy

Submitting false payment proofs, recycling duplicate UTR numbers, manipulating transaction records, or engaging in unauthorized automated activity is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension and blacklisting.

5. Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation

ARBPay is an independent community software platform. ARBPay is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or financial institution. ARBPay is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, NPCI, or any banking organization.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARBPay provides peer settlement coordination tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Members conduct peer-to-peer settlements voluntarily at their own discretion.
